No. The site is free to use. You only need an internet connection.

Choose a category, subject and test, then answer one question at a time. Press Check Answer for instant feedback and an explanation, then Save and Next Question. On the last question press Submit and Finish Test to see your result.

No. As in a real exam, once you press Save and Next the answer is saved and you cannot return to it, and the browser's Back button is switched off during a test. You can review every answer, with explanations, on your result page.

Questions and answer options are shuffled for each attempt, and the options are re-lettered A to D in the order you see them. This is on purpose: learn the answer, not the letter.

It shows whether your chosen option is right, highlights the correct one and explains why. Once you have checked, your choice is locked, so be sure before you press it.

The test is submitted automatically with the answers you have saved so far. The countdown is shown at the top of every question.

Yes. Press Pause to stop the clock and return to your dashboard. Closing the tab pauses it too. Choose Resume Test on your dashboard and you will land on your first unanswered question, with the clock carrying on from where it stopped. If your device switches off or the browser crashes, the clock may not pause, so press Pause before you leave.

It abandons the attempt. It does not count towards your results or progress, and you can start the test again.

Yes, as often as you like. Every completed attempt is saved separately.

Open your dashboard, find the test under Completed and choose View Result. From a result page you can print it or save it as a PDF.

A practice mode built from questions you got wrong or skipped. Each round has up to 10 questions, with an explanation after every answer. Get one right and it leaves your list. Find it in the Practice menu or on a result page. It never changes your test scores or analytics.

My Analytics shows, for each subject, topic, sub-topic and objective, how many questions you answered and how many you got right in completed tests. Green means 70% or more, amber is 40 to 69%, and red is below 40%. Start with the red and amber ones.

It fills in after you finish your first test. Tests you cancel or leave unfinished are not counted.

Open Study Notes, choose a subject and download what you need. You do not need an account.

PDF, Word, PowerPoint and ZIP or RAR archives. ZIP and RAR files must be unpacked first, and there are free apps for this on most phones.

Check that the download finished and try again. Then try another device or app. If it still fails, tell us the subject and the file title.

Uploading is for teachers and administrators, so that the material stays accurate. If you have good notes to share, ask your teacher or contact us.

Sessions end after a period of inactivity, when you close the browser, or when an administrator changes your account. Sign in again. Answers you already saved in a test are kept.

Yes. Use an up-to-date browser. For a long test, make sure your battery and data will last, or use Pause.
